Default watercooling help

ok ive decided im gona get water cooling :S which i know nothing about ive been looking at some watercooling kits and found this http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...710&CatId=1057 does this look any good? im hoping to see a good improvement on my temps because right now i have a zalman fan for my cpu and a artic cooler rev 5 for my 6800gt so do u guys thing i would see a fair improvement or is it not worth it? im also worried about the price for this watercooling system becuase it seems pretty cheap and i dont know if its gona be bad or not but the reviews seem good so does anyone have this watercooling system or something similar and if u do tell me if its any good plz

that depends on you videocard....like for example if you have nvidia 6800....then u'll have to get rid of the installed fan and heatsink.....
