When doing an external build, just simple like the mobo on the box and cpu ram and gpu connected, just to check it before putting it in the case, how will it work with water cooling like the Corsair CH60? just stick everything on, then stick the thing On the cooler and leave the tubes hanging with the radiator and fan to the side? and if it works simple install to case after? Im not sure because Ive seen with normal cpu coolers with fans just put it on and it will stay stuck no hanging parts connected to it or anything. Thanks..

I would just test with the stock CPU HSF then install the H60 after you install the components into the case.

So when im doing the quick external build, stick on the stock cooler? Then take it off and clean the thermal compound with a tissue...and at the end stick the water cooling on? If so than il guess it will work thanks.

I'd skip the external build and go ahead and screw the mobo into the case with your water cooler. Chances are you don't have defective parts, and it will save you having to clean off the stock fan's thermal paste and installing the h60. External builds are just to save time, so having to switch CPU coolers after everything checks out kind of negates that
