what really consists of a water cooling system cuz it doesnt so hard to make ur own

You need a radiator, pump, tubing, and block. And almost always a reservoir unless you have a closed circuit.

how does the block cool the cpu like does the block get cold because of the liquid and the metal or what

A complete cooling kit needs:

• Pump
• Radiator + fan
• Tubing
• CPU block
• GPU block
• Chipset block
• HDD colling caddy
• Water or coolant
• Reservoir
• A plug

It works just like an air cool, the only difference is instead of using fins to cool the copper block, water runs through it to cool it down.

Yea it's just a little metal heatsink that obsorbs the heat from the chip just like a normal heatsink/fan but instead of having the fan passin air through to cool it, it has water passing over it to cool it
