what is a gud water cooler for the intel celeron D skt775 3.66 GHZ i think it is some thing round dat speed

Why in the world would you want to pay the +$250 to water cool that?

The processor itself costs barely $60...and as a celeron, barely overclockable, if at all...pointless, really.

Invest in a better proccesor instead.

Intel Celeron D 365 maybe?

Although I think you might be able to OC yours to that speed with a memory UG. Your bus speed is only 133MHz??
