Default Wanting to upgrade ram

ok im going to upgrade my ram within the next 2 weeks, im needing to know if theres a specific limit to how high i can go. im going to take out my current stick and buy new ones. is for a laptop and im wanting to put in 2 gigs. heres my specs (hard drive is going to change and OS is going to change).
Processor-ADM Turion 64 Mobile (1.8GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, up to 1600MHz system bus)
OS- XP home (im going to get Vista)
RAM- 1 gig 333MHz DDR
HD-80 gig (4200rpm)---(wanting to get a 120 gig for it)

so what im needing help with is how high can i go with ram both in size and MHz and my HD i need to know what would be the best one. please post back wanting to buy now

first aff no bumping so soon..once a day and only really if you thread gets on the 2nd page.

there is a limit on how much ram your motherboard can handle...check your website manafactuers website and see if you can find it

well the only reason i was trying to find out was because im in the mist of buying right now, and seriously it doesnt matter now because i checked into it all myself by using the device manager and searching more online. thanks anyways
