i wouldnt buy a pc with that those amd a- processors, not worth it.

https://www.vibox.co.uk/ seems to be pretty good, or novatech.co.uk will also build you a PC to order.

or pre built The Novatech Black NTA12

Would an intel I5 run better than an AMD?

I Can get an I5 desktop for like 450 which runs at 3.2
Or amd for same price running 4.1??

I had that choice but I heard that the amd fx 8320 had more power than an i5 for the same price so I got that

I see a lot of computers on ebay by "pcspecialist" - AMD bulldozers woth a AKD 1gb graphics card for like 550 for all the kit? os, monitor ect ect... what you reckon?
