Want to add hard drive and video card, possible?

I have an HP desktop. Want to add a 2nd hard drive and a 2nd graphics card. is this possible?

Well, it says it comes with an ATI 4380 in it already, so Im sure you can replace that one and put a better graphics card in. Same goes for the hard drive, most computers have a few available expansion slots for hard drives.
