that would have been my post! i just got an X2 4400+ and it had the copper heat pipes on it... heres a pic of it...

just disregard the writing on there... but u can see the copper heat pipes coming out.... maybe these copper heatpipe heat sinks only come with the 4400+ and up????

yeah my X2 3800+ didn't come with any copper heat pipes. just a regular heatsink

only 4400+ X2's come with the four copper heatpipe coolers. And those coolers rival the Thermalright XP-90 (aluminum version) You can get if off ebay for 12 bucks. The XP-90 is roughly 30 bucks. So its a great deal. Just change out the fan for something more powerful if need be.
