Default w32tm problem

I have a problem running the w32tm -s command to clarify that my PC is synchronzing to the appropriate server.

My PC is a windows 2000 based operating system and the command works perfectly. "RPC to server ENterprise Time returned 0*0"

But if I run this command on a Microsoft Windows Server Edition 2003 the error coming up is saying that -s is an invalid argument.

Can anybody help me on this?
