How do I fix this problem?

It says that There are no active mixer deviced available. To install mixer divices, go to Control Panel, click Printers and other hardware, and then click Add Hardware.

This program will now close.

I do what it says and it doesnt do anything since something or other cannot be found... any ideas?

Reinstall the drivers for your sound card maybe
