Voltage Settings, FSB, and Mulitplyer Help.

I have CMOS Reloaded, and i cant find the V settings anywhere can anyone help?
Also i would like some help on the FSB and Multiplyer settings that would be good, to go with with my 3800+ Newcastle.
i have DFI Lanpart nF4 Sli-Dr Motherboard. Thanks a bunch all the rest is in sig, that might be to.

ok....the vcore is the cpu core under voltages. Are you trying to OC your cpu? Cuz it sure sounds like it. And your cpu temp is extremely low, no idea how you got that but anyways. I need to know the mulitplier of your cpu and i can help you after that.

12 is the multiplyer

Right now it set at 207fsb x12
getting me about 2483.81 MHz
According to Everest, but i cant find my CPU Core Voltages. Realy Bothersome.

Just now bumped it to 208fsb x12 i feel though it may be unstable, because i cant find the Vcore settings. anyware in this CMOS Reloaded crap..... hard to know where thats at.
