You have to have the ISO image, then make a virtual hard drive, and run the wizard to install it.

No, just "obtain" the ISO, and run the wizard, within Vmware player.

Another goody, is Microsoft Virtual PC 2004, free as well.

There is an option to choose your own, just choose that.
