VLC fonts???????

ok i was wondering if vlc can display .ass subtitles, like i was waching an anime and it had a .ass subtitle file vlc displayed it but the font type was different like it woild just display the default font type which is "FreeSans" can vlc display the correct font? and if it can, can any tell me how? please and thank you

I'm not entirely sure if you can change the font, but you can change the font size...where you select the Subtitles File, click Advanced and you can change the size from normal to smaller or bigger etc.
