Default Vivo

This card had VIVO: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...127-150&depa=0
Stands for Video in, video out right? Video out is to use a television as your monitor. What can you do with video in? Can you record tv?

What program do you use to record shows? And do you need any other special hardware to go along with it?
