Vista- will a memory upgrade be enough?

and what do they mean that the video memory is "dynamically shared"

afaik its basically when the video card borrows system memory when its needed. like usually graphics cards have a certain amount of dedicated memory but dynamically shared means the video card only has a very small amount of dedicated memory and uses main system memory when it needs it. Kind of cheap too cause manufacturers will say their card has 128 or 256mb of mem when really it only has say 32md onboard, and the rest is just how much it is capable of leeching off the system. but im not 100% sure, just what i remember it as being

well that's crap then. Some don't seem to wanna tell you anything about how much onboard memory it actually has, they just ramble on about nothing important usually. confusing
