Just want to confirm that is this the 64bit version?

Appreciated. I have Vista Ult. x64 and it works like a champ. I've never experienced a better Windows experience than with Vista--so a word to the wise out there that are only using XP and still hating on Vist.

I was going to say..there's no way in heck I screwed that up...I thought x84 looked fishy.

Thanks for the help guys, I wont be installing it untill my rig is finished anyway, but is there a vista x64 SP2 yet?
