looking at that it looks like windows vista starter is just vista home basic,

which has been around for a while

scratch all that,

it says at the bottom vista starter edition is onnly currently available to be shipped with pre built pc's in other words it will only be available to dell , compaq and ppl that are too cheap to spend on a real OS lol

lol, nice... yea just looking into it because the cheapest version of windows is about 89.99$ for an OEM XP home..

I was just looking into it because most people don't even need the power of XP behind them. I'm not cheap just looking into it for people that really don't need that much....

haha.
