Default Vista spyware

I have heard that most spyware programs slow down vista can someone tell me some that are free and work well?

AVG works really well with Vista, also is a great spywarethingy.

umm... Windows Defender??? Lol sorry had to say it. I belive Ad-aware works well with vista. Haven't tried it for myself yet though.

windows defenda is really all u need
i find it hard to get infected with viruses/spywair as long as u look at wat your dling

I don't like Windows Defender. It didn't pick up things that Ad-Aware did.

Remember though, every anti-spyware program looks for different things. I'm willing to bet that most of what Ad-Aware picked up was cookies if your defense system is anything like mine.

Most likely. My computer won't move to Vista for a while though. It sure does look cool though.

Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, etc. Vista comes with Windows Defender too.
