Default Vista Shut Off Help....

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and when I leave it attented it automatically shuts its self off. Im making copy of my DVD's so its a process and when I start it I walk away from my laptop. How do I keep it from turning its self off. Im not familiar with Vista. I have XP, but I went to the screen saver settings but its not really a screen saver its something else...

I think it has to do with the power management of you laptop. My Acer does the same thing, you just have to go to the software that controls and power and stuff and change the settings there. Like, my Acer allows me to choose how much of my CPU I want to use.

right click your battery on the bottom right, and click power options, then from their it will say choose whehn this computer sleeps and so on set a time.
