Default Vista program windows

CAn you right click the program tabs at the bottom of the screen to close, minimize, maximize, etc. with Vista? And also if I try to click one to bring it to the top it doesn't do anything, can that be fixed or is that how its supposed to be?

Yes you can. There must be something wrong if you cant. Have you ever been able to do it or have you just installed Vista?

I just installed Vista, but I had it before and I remember being able to switch windows just fine before...

edit:
i restarted and it seems ok now, it was also running a little bit laggy before, but that went away to, so hopefully it just needed a restart.
