Default Vista Premium Graphics Question.

Ok, so I purchased a vista Premium OS laptop back in January. I am SO happy with it, and I love everything so far.

I had a question about the graphics though. I like how they look, but on the toolbar, it's black. and when a minimized program such as *msn* needs to be opened it flashes orange. I am fine with it, but is there a way I can change the flashing to blue or something? Just a question to match the rest of the desktop.

I agree, blue would be much better. I haven't found a way to change it yet however.

DefCons on the right track though, a custom skin (or a skinning program) could possibly do it.
