Yeah, but two hours when it defrags every day seems like a long time unless your constantly installing and uninstalling programs.

Yeah, for once a week it's pretty good, since i'm always adding and deleting recorded TV.

I personally HATE the vista defragger. I would've thought that with all the improvements vista had, that a defrag improvement would be one of them. One time it took over 6 hours to defrag my PC and I was very mad at that darn thing.

Mine just finished like an hour ago. It took all morning (roughly 6-8 hours). I guess I have to keep doing it more often to get it done quicker.
