I can get my hands on a Vista 64bit OS, but it's an OEM. I know thats for new build cpus, but my ? is, can you install from windows by popping the dvd in the drive w/o redoing the whole cpu? Just wondering if you can install it like a retail one. Thank you.

all an oem is, is just windows vista no booklets ect and you can only install it once if u reformat u need to call up Microsoft
