Virus Protection Question

I have Windows Live OneCare on my PC because it requires no attention. Thing is the virus protection is not really protection. If I install AVG anti virus and turn of just the virus part in OneCare will it be able to run that way?

yes, it will run fine. You can them both running at the same tim or shut the windows one down

uninstall Live OneCare, by brother installed it and it sent his computer sprialing down towards hell, it is TERRIBLE.

i dont have any ant virus software, i have never had any troubles with malware, unless i know i did something i wasnt supposed(AKA google for a crack or something). then i just shoot my own foot usually though unless you do stuff liek that you wont get any viruses.

Instead of Windows Live OneCare, I recommend NOD32. It isn't free, but it's worth the subscription price.
