virus: internet not working !!!!!

All right here's what happened. Somebody was downloading a program called Warez P2P( not quite sheer what it dos) any way after they downloaded it they tried to install it but will it was install AVG(are anti virus) popped up and sed there was some virus. So they clicked Delete after that the Internet doesn't work. Every time I restart the computer windows comes up with this

Rundll
Error loading C:\PROGRA~1/NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT ~1.DLL
The specified module could not be found

If you guys could help me out i would really appreciate it. So post away!

Never Mind i fixed it. Had some pritty bad spy war

just a reminder, p2p programs can always come with a lot of spyware, adware, trojans, and viruses.
