Default virtually connect audio ports?

I need a way to stream audio through my mic without a physical connection, my audio card doesn't allow this I was wondering If there are any special drivers or programs I can use to achieve this? I know screaming bee has something similar but it doesn't quite fit my needs. This will be used mostly for a ventrilo server for streaming audio in.

I would have thought to do this, you'd need a wireless mic, with a wireless adapter; be it Bluetooth, or a form of raido wave
