virtual PC 2004 (Microsoft) is now free

anyone using it ? and would you tell me what you do with that software ? I tried to read the MS but there are too many info, so I just wanna get a general idea about virtual PC. Thanks

It's basically just an emulator for running things outside of the OS while still using your preferred OS
