Default virtual memory

i have 1GB of RAM. what should i put as normal and maximum values in virtual memory?

depends what you plan on doing with it, doesn't it, i mean if you are not doing RAM intensive processes like gaming or video editing or anything minize your Virtual RAM as much as you can because that slows your whole computer down...it uses part of you HD which has seek times and other time consuming operations...
