Default Video Problem

Was wondering if anyone could help me out. When ever I am playing a video game or switch a movie or online video to full screen it goes to black and white. The only video play that I have that doesn't do it is Windows media player, but all the rest go to the B&W as well as video games; really annoying.

ATI Radeon xpress 200series. The weird thing is is that it only does it when I go to full screen, or vid games that are full screen.

What are your system specs? Do you have the video card drivers installed?

Pent. 4 dual 2.8GHz, 1.25gig ram, 178gig hd, yes the drivers are installed. I don't have issues until it goes to full screen except media player.

Is there anyone that can help or have ideas on what it could be?
