Video is green please help.

I recently got a video camera a JVC Evio 40gb GZ-340 I think it is. Well anyways I make a movie and it plays fine on my camcorder but when I put it on my computer and try to play it there is green everywhere and sometimes you might see outlines of stuff but overall it looks very bad and cannot really be watched. I used Alive Video Convertor to convert the mpeg to wmv and have no idea why it will not work. Please help me.

It seems like you have a bad cable. Try replacing it with a different one.

And I took the video and put it on an external hard drive and tried on another computer and it still doesn't work so it is not the cable.

It's probably the converter. Try this instead.

I downloaded it but it is going amazingly slow. I have a video clip of 3 secs and it so far has taken over 4 minutes and shows no signs of being done. Are there any other ones that are good? Or a way to fix it with the one that I already have?

What are your computer specs? That determines a large part of how quickly you can convert video.

hd camera and S***y specs might be a problem...
