Default Video freeze

Here's a weird problem. I'm assuming it's just the chipset...

Anyway, on my ECS Desknote 929A, when I play a MEPG video, it seems to always lag around the first couple seconds. Oddly enough, it does it at the same place on all the videos almost like they have a glitch in them. However, they are fine because they play alright on my other computers, just lag on this one.

Any ideas? Just a weird problem, but nothing major at all. I've updated the drives for most everything recently with no change. I don't think it's loading them because it happens with all sizes, and it's ALWAYS in the same spot on the videos(different on each video...)

Have a look for any buffer level settings, raise the buffer size.
