Default Video Format Conversions

I am having trouble. I have alot of files encoded with the Matroska Video Format, however that format is not compatible with My Zen Vision Portable Media Player. Supported file types are AVI, WMV, and MPEG-4.

Well, I have attained a converter that can change "file.mkv" (or "file.ogm," or "file.avi," etc) to "file.wmv." Only there is problem. The Matroska extension holds multiple subtitle and audio channels. The program is detecting channel one in my files (Japanese Vocals) and not Channel Two (English)

Does anyone know of a way to either A: Switch the channels (Channel 1: English ; Channel 2: Japense) or B: Force a Detection of Channel 2?

If anyone could help, Thanks
