Video During Bios,No Video In Windows?

I Dont get it.

I Just connected my computer (Via S-Video) up to a TV and it worked great.Connect it back up to my monitor (19" LCD Through VGA) and i get no signal as soon as windows starts to boot.I can go into the BIOS Fine (I get video) but as soon as windows boots,nothing.

Safe mode and low res mode dont work.

Edit; Im Accessing it through remote dekstop so im just browsing around in the ATI Catalyst Control panel...

I Unticked 'Force TV Detect' and Unticked ''Force Component Video Detection' and i get my monitor back

Sometimes the most difficult problems have the simplest solutions. Especially if you are a person like me and start looking at the least likely causes first. :\
