Default video conversion

I'm converting some of my old vhs tapes to dvd, but after everything was copied some of the older tapes like my moms and dads wedding, my baptism, etc start giving off flashes. My question is are there any free software or any ways to fix this

Default Re: video conversion

sometimes that just comes with the conversion. i dont think theres any actual "Fix" for this. u can try converting it again and if it does the same thing then tuff luck. There are companys that do that professionally. its expensive but u get the quality
