560 Ti, Cheaper, will play any game you want really well.

Seeing as you asked what was best, the 570, as it is more powerful and has slightly more ram. However at this price point a 7850 would beat the 560ti, and once OCed it would also beat the 570

The 560 Ti is better (beacause it an overclocked EVGa card) but if you want to keep the card nice and cool the 570 would be better with MSI cooling solution.
