Default Video Card Upgrade ?

I'm thinking about buying a Nvidia 8800Ultra, but I have a few questions. Will my PSU handle it? And is it longer then the 8800GTS 640MB? I'm asking if it's longer than the GTS because I do not have a whole lot of clearence left in my case, due to my hard drives in the way.\

I have this Power Supply in my computer http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139002

(My Computer) Antec900 Case, E8400 OC'd @ 3.83GHz, TuniqTower 120, 4GB 6400 DDR2 850MHz (Corsair XMS2), EVGA 9800GTX Superclocked 770/2300, 620W Corsair PSU, x2 WD500GB RAID 0, WD250GB, EVGA 680i SLI Mobo, Vista Home Premium 64Bit

Your PSU will be fine. The ultra is about 4cm longer than a GTS.
