yea i really don't know what the decrease could be from. all the drivers are up to date and everything seems to be installed correctly. and also my keyboard and mouse seem to mess up sometimes i have a logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and sometimes they will like freeze like im writing something but then the writing stops and will slowly continue what i was typeing but if i like click my mouse button my computer beeps.
