Default Video card screws slanted?

I'm building a computer and just hit a hitch. I was installing the graphics card and the slots weren't lining up. I got it seated, but it was extremely hard to screw it in. The top metal that goes over the port and has the screw hole is about a centimeter off of the actual slot. I manage to get two screws in, but I'm worried that they are wrong and the case is just really bad and can't fit this in. Here's a picture:

Is that right?
