Default Video Card Problem or Just the COrd??

I have another PC. . with Athlon2 X4 3.0GHZ. . Gigabyte mobo
4GB ram. . 1TB. . ThermalTake case w/ 650W PSU. . andsapphire HD6670

then my problem is. . when loading graphics. . there is appearing dots randomly. .

example I've opened mafia 2. . some dots are along with the text in the opening. . why does this keeps happening to me but after the games was loaded no more dots. . but again when i open other games or apps like firefox. . there are dots appearing on the firefox logo. . PLS help

Is the card overheating? is it overclocked?

Without seeing a picture it sounds like it's just lagging. You mean if you scroll up or down you see a bunch of dots? Try upgrading IE (Just google IE 8 download.. or IE 9) Is Mafia 2 a stand alone game? One you're playing from an install? Or is it through a web browser?

Are you running anything else when opening a game?

Download HW monitor. Take a look at that when you're opening/trying to run a game. Tell us what the temps are before you open/during/and after.
