Video card problem

I messed around with my video card settings and now my computer looks like this

and it wont let me get back to the video card menu to change the settings back or even change any setting period. :< any adivce?

Try downloading the newest drivers, or reinstalling the ones you currently have.

Boot into Safe Mode and redo the settings back to default.

yea reinstall your graphics card, then install the newest drivers.

I un-installed g-card works now just gotta find the disk to re-install it thxs guys
