Default Video card, PCI or PCI express

Greetings, I would like to upgrade the video card on my computer. However, I'm not sure if I'm using PCI or PCI express. I downloaded one of those detection programs, but it doesn't really say PCI or PCI express. Though, it does say I have an Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family. Does that mean it's a PCI Express because I'm not sure. I'm also now sure what kind of power supply I have. I'll open it up and see. I just wanted to be sure I knew what kind of video card to get.

HAF 932 Advanced / Corsair AX1200 / Asus Rampage IV Extreme / i7-3930K / H100 Cooling 4x120mm
16GB Corsair DDR3 / GTX 580x2 SLI + GTX 460 PhysX / SSDs Mushkin 240GB, Crucial 256GB, Crucial 512GB
