Default Video Card Opinions

Hey everyone,
what are your thoughts on this card im thinking of getting:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127490

I think its pretty good for the price, if you guys have any other suggestions or opinions then im all ears. But my budget for a card is 200 and under. Thanks!

PS. This is a PCI Express 2.1 card. That will work in my 2.0 slot right?

I would go with the GTX460.It performs better than the 5770 for about $25 more.

GTX460 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130563)

Benchmarks 5770vs460

Clock speed, shaders, stuff like that. More vram isn't always better.

Also: Look at benchmarks. End performance is all that really matters.

The GTX 460 seem to perform better than the 5770

You don't really need much vram unless you are playing at a high resolution. I was told 512MB of vram is enough to run 1920x1080 resolutions. Vram also helps with things like AA/AF.
