Default video card help

ok i have Asus Essentio Desktop here is the link Asus - Essentio Desktop - 4GB Memory - 750GB Hard Drive - CM1730-01
and i want the upgrade the video card but i dont know with one the buy
this one Amazon.com: Force3D AMD ATI radeon HD 2Gb DDR3 HDMI DVI VGA video graphics card PCI express pcie x16 HD 1080P windows 7/vista/XP: Computers & Accessories looks good and its cheap
will this one work on my pc?will i need to upgrade my power ? is there a better option? any help will help

i want it for gaming because in game call of duty black op it lags somewhat

something like a radeon hd 6790 or better will be good or an nvidia 560 or better. the Main thing to keep in mind is that you will want a graphics card that has 256 bit bus width and is ddr5
