Default Video card help

Newegg.com - ZOTAC ZT-40101-10P GeForce GTX 480 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Amazon.com: Galaxy Geforce GTX570 1280 MB DDR5 Video Card 57NKH3HS4GXK: Electronics

Which one should I choose and is there some flaw I am not seeing with the card in the first link, it seems to beat the graphic cards released after it right up until the GeForce GTX 580.

Default Re: Video card help

it's difficult to say really since the description on amazon is pathetic (the description not the card)

But, the 480 has more dedicated video memory, but the 570 has a 'newer' chip. I'd say the 480 is a better all round card, price taken into consideration.
