video card help

hi when i try to play joint operations on my computer the screen goes crazy and is all different colors and is all jacked up. i have a ATI Radeon 9600 256mb video card and i tryed down loading some stuff for there website but that didnt do any thing it just screwed up the origanal driver. Whats wrong it says that my video card is compatable with this game so wtf is wrong with it.

If it worked before you installed new driver and you are using Windows XP, you can go into Device Manager and 'roll back' the driver to the earlier one.
