Default Which video card to get?

I can't really make up my mind... It's down to the GeForce 4 Ti4200 128mb ($48 http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?in...128-TD&cat=VCD), Evga 6200 256mb ($60 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16814130278), or an ATI Radeon 9800SE 256mb ($68 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...2E16814102670R). Which would give me the best overall performance? The 6200 seems to get the highest 3DMark scores based on what I saw on Futuremark.com.
Any opinions would be appreciated.

How does the Radeon 9600XT compare to the Radeon 9800SE? It has higher core and mem clock but would it perform better than a 256mb 9800SE?
Here's what I'm looking at: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16814102338R

EDIT: Ok, can someone just tell me the best AGP video card that I can get for around $70 or under?

The Source games, HL2, HL1 and games based on that engine, Rome Total War, Swat 4, Silent Hunter 3, Empire Earth 2, Jedi Knight 2, Jedi Knight Jedi Academy and that's all I can think of. My laptop with GMA900 graphics plays a lot of those just fine, but I want to get a card for my desktop that can play the more graphics intensive ones well. Also, I'll probably get some newer games after I buy a card that can handle them.

I just need to know what the most powerful card is out of the ones I've mentioned. Also, if anyone has any suggestions for good, cheap cards I'd be glad to listen.
