If I remember correctly, the 9600GT and the HD 3870 have similar performance figures in a lot of tests. I think they would vary 2-3FPS max, and there wasn't a clear winner every single time.

If you can choose between all of those, I'd scratch out #3 and 4 and would either consider the HD 3870 or the 9600GT.

What games will you be playing?

if i was to guess your budget is $100 ??? If you want to add on a little more you can get the Zotac 9800GT(Nvidia), it will be $109 after rebates and you will get better performace than the cards you listed above. What kind of PSU (Power Supply Unit) do you have ?

However if you can only get the ones above i would go with the 9600GT, Nvidia tends to have better drivers than ATi cards

I have total of $110 plus shipping so I want to buy from TD since they have free shipping. But I think I will go with the HD 3870.

At that price piont, I think you would do well with the HD 3870. It performs as good and better in some tests compared to the 9600GT.

Bum another $5 from your parents/friends/family/stranger on the street and get this: Galaxy GeForce 9800 GT 512MB - $114.99 ($84.99 after $30 MIR).
