Default Video card and cdisk error

Ok so when i start up i get that check read disk error. Then I ctrl alt del to restart(so after about 20min of me ****** with it it finnaly boots up)Now since last night every 10 mintues in CSS it freezes, i get model errors, llike everything is blue and black and there is like weird errors on the walls, then the blue screen of death comes up with nv4_disp error. So after reinstalling drivers and wiping them out completely nothing has changed?

Have you run Chkdsk to check for any drive errors? Maybe even run a drive utility from the drive manufacturer's site.

Is the video card's cooling fan operating properly and clear of any dust?
