Default video card ??

hi guys im new here. so go easy on me.

i just built me a new desktop pc and im having some video issues. when i play video on my monitor in the small screen its fine but when i go full screen it gets all jumpy and kind of fussie. never had this problem before, so hopefully you guys can help.

hes the specs

intel i5 proc.
intel h55 mobo
4g ddr3 1066 ram
but its running onboard video, but like i said i never had this problem before and this is the second intel board i used and the last one never did this

any ideas guys

You have onboard video.

onboard video = fail.

You mean gaming, right? If you mean something like youtube vids, then it is most likely a driver issue. Boot into safe mode, run driver sweeper, remove all driver components, then go onto your motherboard manufacturer's website and get the newest driver.

If you can post the mobo model #, it'd help.

not gaming i just built it so i can watch videos, thats all, and i got the newest drivers for the board but still sucks

if i have to get a new video card any recommendations on a good one for videos

You installed the correct video drivers from here: Intel Download Center be sure to use the one that corresponds to the operating system you are using.

Have you installed the latest Adobe Flash updates?

does it matter about the adobe it im just watching movies like from the dvd player

and intel says i have the latest drivers

its also running 64 bit window 7. what else do you need or want to know

every driver is up to date.

what about a video card any ideas on a decent one?

ati 5670, nvidia 240gt there both under $100 and there for mid level gaming and both have hdmi, dvi and vga i believe...
