Agreed, but some times they aren't approved by Ebay and nonetheless that has a negative impact on his profile, but definitely not as bad as a Non-Paying Bidder Notice. But the way I see it, that card will sell high just from the activity in the first 18 hours, but if he is still the high bidder with two days left in the auction, then he might want to file a bid retraction.

Wow, the seller must have gotten rid of some bids, because now the auction is down to $61 USD and Nate isn't the high bidder anymore (from what I can see).
